Can I just say something about this moment? This is the most vulnerable we ever see Kurt. Kurt is almost characterised by control. He manages to look after his father and himself from a young age, he tries to control the outcome of his father’s cancer checkup by controlling the small things around him, heck even the way he kisses screams of control.
This is his fantasy. This is insight into Kurt’s thoughts and feelings and what I’m seeing here is that he feels safe enough with Blaine to let go of some of that control and that, I think, is a big deal for Kurt.
And he misses it. He doesn’t kiss Blaine in this fantasy; he is held by him.
